This was once part of a beautiful pair of sugar tongs. Originally hallmarked at the 'London Assay Office' , c1800 and weighing 21.8g. It carries the family's initials, 'IBA'. Initialling your cutlery was considered to be a sign of wealth in many of the larger households many years ago. The bracelet sits perfectly on the wrist and can be altered in size and comes complete with a sterling silver adjustable safety chain.

As with all my sterling silver cutlery jewellery that carries the original hallmark, this will be issued with a certificate from the 'Sheffield Assay Office', showing its original date and place of hallmark, together with a certificate number that will be shown on the certificate & present on the inside of the bracelet.

All sterling silver bracelets come in a hessian pouch.
