A stunning example of what might have been part of a Georgian pair of sugar tongs. The pattern is typical of the Georgian Period. The end of the sugar tongs has been made into a stunning ring.  It carries the 'Hip'Andra' hallmark and currently measures an 'O', as with all my rings they can be resized.
