Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • All orders from 'Hipandra' will be shipped from the UK by Royal Mail.

  • Track orders at www.royalmail.com

  • Please allow 3 - 5 working days for all orders to be processed and shipped.

  • Tracked orders will take priority and be shipped first.


Orders within the United Kingdom

  • All orders will be posted using the Royal Mail Signed For Service.

  • Delivery time - estimate 1 - 3 working days from dispatch 

      Please choose tracked shipping as we cannot be held responsible for missing orders delivered to an            address where other people have access to your mail.

  • Postage is £2.26, First Class Signed For.

  • Next day delivery orders must be placed before 2pm to be shipped that day. Next day delivery - £6.60. They will be delivered on the next WORKING day (Monday if ordered on Friday before 2pm, Tuesday if ordered after 2pm Friday as it will be dispatched on Monday).

      Please make sure you include your full delivery address. Hipandra will not accept responsibility for incorrect addresses. 

      FREE TRACKED SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE ON ALL UK ORDERS OVER £45.

Orders Outside of the UK

Returns

Please return any unwanted orders within 14 days of receiving the ordered item*.

Simply email hipandraonline@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 

All return postage costs are the customers responsibility and items returned must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unworn. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct postage cost is paid in order for the item to be returned to 'Hipandra' directly. 

All refunds are refunded by the same payment method and refunds will be made within 3 - 5 working days. Please enclose a note within the package giving details of the order number, name, address and date of purchase so that the refund can be issued promptly.

If any items returned take you below the offer of FREE delivery, the delivery cost will be deducted from the final refund.

Exchanges

Please contact us directly at hipandraonline@gmail.com with details of your exchange. Please note that postage will be charged for exchanges.

Faulty Items

We do make sure that all our products are checked for quality control, however, if by any chance your item is faulty, please contact us at hipandraonline@gmail.com. Please include photographs and any other relevant information. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged by the customer.
